- Onboarding: Supporting new employees, including scheduling inductions and providing orientation packets
- Record keeping: Maintaining employee records, including new hires, transfers, and terminations
- Payroll: Processing payroll and benefits, and gathering withholding and other payroll information
- Training: Creating training plans, conducting workshops, and enrolling employees in courses
- Performance appraisals: Assisting in the development and implementation of a performance appraisal system
- Compensation: Assisting in the management of compensation, including salary and indirect awards
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local labor and manpower regulations
- Employee inquiries: Advising employees on HR-related matters
- Reports: Producing informative reports using the HR platform
- Ad hoc projects: Undertaking any ad-hoc project assigned by the manager
