About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and result-oriented Senior HR Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have the **fire to achieve**, **hunger to grow**, and **aggressive recruitment skills** to identify, attract, and hire top talent while driving HR excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
* Source quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and headhunting.
* Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the complete hiring process.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
* Create and improve recruitment processes, SOPs, and HR documentation.
* Manage recruitment trackers, reports, and HR data using Excel.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
* Drive process improvements with strong ownership and accountability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
* Fluent in Tamil with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong grasping ability and quick learning mindset.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn advanced functions.
* Experience or willingness to learn technical recruitment and LinkedIn headhunting.
* Ability to create SOPs and streamline HR processes.
* Confident, authoritative communication with strong professional presence.
* Highly ambitious, self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
* Strong ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving and execution skills.
