Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Development & Website Management
- Manage and optimize the Jiva Ayush Shopify store.
- Create and update landing pages, collection pages, and product pages.
- Improve website speed, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps.
- Coordinate theme customizations and minor code changes.
- Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives.
- Track and resolve website issues proactively.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
2. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and offers.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Generate qualified leads and e-commerce sales.
3. Google Advertising
- Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve Quality Scores and campaign efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Set up conversion tracking and reporting.
4. Social Media Content Creation
- Create engaging content for:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube Shorts
- LinkedIn
- Develop content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate graphics, reels, short videos, and educational content.
- Write compelling captions and campaign messaging.
- Support influencer and community engagement activities.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track website, campaign, and social media performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend actionable improvements based on data insights.
- Monitor customer acquisition costs and revenue metrics.
Required SkillsMust Have
- 2+ years of Shopify experience.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads.
- Experience creating social media content and creatives.
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels and D2C marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong communication and execution skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, Ayurveda, nutraceuticals, or beauty brands.
- Experience with Klaviyo, WhatsApp marketing, and email automation.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid knowledge.
- SEO and content marketing exposure.
- Video editing experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Performance Expectations
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Improve website conversion rates.
- Increase qualified traffic and sales.
- Enhance ROAS across Meta and Google channels.
- Build a consistent social media content pipeline.
- Support revenue growth through digital marketing initiatives.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
