We are looking for confident, well-spoken team members who can interact warmly with guests, explain menu offerings clearly, and maintain premium hospitality standards on the floor.
Role Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with guests professionally
- Explain food and beverage menus confidently
- Guide guests through coffee selections and recommendations
- Maintain smooth table service and floor coordination
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards across the café
- Coordinate effectively with the bar and kitchen teams
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns calmly
- Support service during peak hours while maintaining hospitality standards
- Develop strong understanding of coffee, brewing methods, and menu offerings
What We’re Looking For
- Strong spoken English and communication skills
- Friendly, confident, and hospitality-oriented personality
- Passion for food, coffee, and guest interaction
- Ability to stay calm and composed in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and presentation
- Willingness to learn specialty coffee and service standards
- Prior café, restaurant, hotel, or premium retail experience is preferred
