About the Role:
Stichwell Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, proactive, and responsible Admin Executive to independently handle day-to-day office and factory administration.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in core administrative activities, including facility management, vendor coordination, maintenance follow-up, office supplies, company vehicle documentation, record keeping, and general administrative operations.
This is a dedicated Administration role. Only candidates with relevant hands-on experience in Admin activities should apply. Candidates with experience only in HR, Recruitment, Accounts, Data Entry, or Back-Office work will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office and factory administration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, pantry, and facility management.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, electrical items, and utilities.
- Manage stationery, office supplies, courier services, and administrative inventory.
- Maintain administrative records, registers, files, and documentation.
- Handle documentation and timely renewal of company vehicles, including insurance, pollution certificates, fitness, permits, and other statutory papers.
- Coordinate servicing, repairs, and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Follow up with vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Prepare administrative reports and MIS for management.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
- Handle additional administrative responsibilities assigned by the Admin Head or Management.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong hands-on experience in Office & Factory Administration
✔ Good vendor and service provider coordination skills
✔ Experience in facility and maintenance coordination
✔ Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and computer applications
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Organized, disciplined, responsible, and proactive
✔ Ability to independently take ownership and complete assigned tasks
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in Administration is required.
- Experience in Manufacturing Companies, Factories, Export Houses, or Corporate Administration will be preferred.
