About the Role:-
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Design Engineer to lead design and drafting activities for power generation and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, civil and structural detailing, AC/DC systems layouts, technical drawing review, and design coordination. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, mentor junior team members, and deliver high-quality engineering designs within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop, review, and finalize accurate 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create, modify, and validate 3D models and project visualizations using SketchUp.
- Lead design development activities, technical detailing, and drawing standardization.
- Review and approve drawings prepared by junior designers and draftsmen.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to gather design inputs and resolve technical issues.
- Revise designs based on site conditions, engineering feedback, and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Identify design discrepancies, propose improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain design documentation, revision records, and project archives.
- Support project execution teams with technical clarifications and engineering solutions.
- Monitor design schedules and ensure timely submission of project deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to junior engineering staff.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
