Job Summary:
The Accounts Manager (Projection-Oriented) will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing financial projections, budgeting, and analyzing financial performance. The role focuses on forecasting future financial outcomes, monitoring cash flow, and supporting management in strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial projections, budgets, and forecasts for the organization.
- Monitor and analyze company revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Oversee cash flow planning and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Analyze financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
- Track project-wise financial performance and projections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in accounts, finance, and financial planning.
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
- Experience with Tally, ERP systems, and Excel.
