Key Responsibilities :
- Drive business growth and profitability across the assigned state
- Develop and execute business expansion and market penetration strategies
- Manage and nurture branch operations, sales teams, and channel partnerships
- Drive secured lending business across products such as LAP, Mortgage Loans, SME/MSME Loans, Working Capital, etc.
- Ensure achievement of portfolio growth, disbursement, and revenue targets
- Collaborate closely with credit, operations, collections, and risk teams for smooth business functioning
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and key business stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across the region
Key Requirements :
- Any Gaduate
- 8-10 years of experience in relevant domain
- Strong experience with NBFCs and Secured Lending
- Prior experience handling state-level business operations will be preferred
Desired Profile :
- Strong experience in NBFCs / Financial Services
- Proven experience in Secured Lending / LAP business
- Strong business development and team management capabilities
- Excellent understanding of sales, credit, operations, and portfolio management
- Ability to scale business operations and drive profitability
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
Pay: ₹2,300,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
