We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator Mentor to train, guide, and inspire aspiring content creators. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of content creation, social media platforms, personal branding, and digital content strategies. The role involves delivering practical training, mentoring students, and helping them develop industry-relevant content creation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Content Creation and Personal Branding.
- Mentor students in creating high-quality, platform-specific content for social media channels such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms.
- Train students on content planning, scripting, storytelling, content strategy, and audience engagement techniques.
- Conduct hands-on training on content creation tools, video editing software, AI-powered content tools, and social media management platforms.
- Conduct workshops, masterclasses, and practical sessions on content creation, personal branding, and emerging industry trends.
- Guide students in developing creative content strategies aligned with current market trends and platform requirements.
- Assist students in building professional content portfolios and personal brands.
- Evaluate student assignments, projects, and performance, providing constructive feedback and mentoring.
- Organize practical projects, content challenges, and portfolio-building activities to enhance hands-on learning.
- Guide students in understanding content analytics, audience insights, and performance optimization techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest content creation trends, platform algorithms, creator economy developments, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum quality and training effectiveness.
- Motivate and mentor students to improve their creativity, communication skills, confidence, and content production capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of content creation and social media platforms.
- Understanding of personal branding, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and social media management platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for teaching and guiding learners.
- 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Active content creator or portfolio showcasing content creation work is an added advantage.
