We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team in Kochi. The role involves generating quality leads across multiple industries for the US and UK markets while working on various CRM platforms to support international business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads from different sectors including healthcare, finance, mortgage, title support, admin services, and other BPO/KPO industries.
- Work on multiple CRM platforms and databases for lead sourcing and lead management.
- Conduct online research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the US and UK markets.
- Maintain accurate lead data and regularly update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team for lead handovers and follow-ups.
- Assist in email outreach, cold outreach campaigns, and appointment setting activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate to Kochi.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in lead generation, CRM handling, or international process will be an added advantage.
- Strong internet research and data management skills.
- Ability to understand international business communication and client handling.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
