About Us
Next Angle Design Studio is a growing architectural and interior design firm delivering innovative residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee project execution and ensure quality work on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction and interior execution at project sites.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the management.
- Verify measurements and monitor material usage on-site.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues in coordination with the design team.
- Attend client meetings and provide site updates when required.
- Maintain daily site reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, architecture, or interior project supervision.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Chennai.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
