This role is ideal for professionals passionate about medical technology and interested in working with innovative laser solutions in dentistry, surgery, and specialty healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
Product Demonstration & Promotion
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for doctors and healthcare institutions in the Defined territory.
- Promote advanced laser solutions to dental clinics, hospitals, and specialty centers
- Support Distributors in achieving business targets.
- Meeting each Department in Medical and Dental colleges.
- Promoting CDE & CMES
Clinical & Technical Support
- Provide hands-on technical guidance during product installation and procedures
- Train clinicians and staff on product operation, protocols, and applications
- Assist customers in troubleshooting basic technical concerns
Training & Education
- Organize workshops, CMEs, and clinical training programs
- Distribute the developed educational content and product presentations
- Keep customers updated on latest clinical applications
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with doctors, KOLs, and channel partners
- Address customer queries and provide timely support
- Ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption
Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Share customer feedback with internal teams
Who We’re Looking For-
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BSC/ Biomedical Engineering / Life Sciences / Healthcare Management
- Relevant experience in medical devices, healthcare sales, or clinical applications/Fresher who want to learn.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- Customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Passion for healthcare innovation
Preferred Experience
- Experience in medical laser technology
- Exposure to dental, surgical, or aesthetic devices
