Primary Focus: Organic social media growth, content writing, copywriting, publishing and day-to-day social media management.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketer who can grow social media handles organically. The core responsibility of this role will be content writing and copywriting, along with planning, scheduling, publishing and managing social media content.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute organic social media content strategies.
· Write high-quality, engaging and platform-specific content and captions.
· Create compelling copy for posts, reels, carousels, stories and other social media formats.
· Research relevant topics, trends, hashtags and audience interests.
· Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
· Schedule and publish content consistently across social media platforms.
· Manage day-to-day social media activities and ensure timely posting.
· Monitor organic reach, engagement, follower growth and overall content performance.
· Identify opportunities to improve engagement and grow social media handles organically.
· Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, formats and best practices.
· Coordinate with designers/video editors or other team members when required.
· Support community management, including responding to comments and messages when required.
Required Skills
· Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
· Good understanding of organic social media growth.
· Need to be AI-friendly
· Strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
· Ability to understand different audiences and write content accordingly.
· Good knowledge of social media trends and content formats.
· Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
· Strong communication, creativity and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and consistently.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be someone who understands that organic social media growth is not just about posting regularly, but about creating valuable, engaging and shareable content that builds an audience.
Experience
Prior experience managing social media accounts and demonstrable examples of organic growth or content work will be preferred.
