Job Title: Trainee –Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Trainee candidates who have completed a Diploma or BE in a relevant field. The ideal candidate should possess a hardware certification and have foundational knowledge of end-user computing devices such as desktops and laptops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of desktops and laptops.
- Going out in field to client's location within bangalore
- Identify and understand internal and external components of desktop and laptop systems.
- Provide basic support for end-user devices and peripherals.
- Support senior engineers in hardware deployment and maintenance activities.
- Perform basic system diagnostics and hardware checks.
- Maintain proper documentation of assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Completed Diploma or BE in IT / Computer Science / Electronics or related field.
- Mandatory hardware certification (such as CompTIA A+, or equivalent).
- Basic knowledge of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Ability to identify internal components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, processor, etc.
- Basic understanding of operating systems and device drivers.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving attitude.
