About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our Quality Department. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in quality inspections, testing, documentation, process monitoring, and ensuring that products meet customer and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of steel wire products.
- Measure wire dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
- Assist in testing tensile strength, hardness, elongation, and other mechanical properties.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and records.
- Identify quality issues and report non-conforming products.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Assist in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Follow 5S, safety, and company quality policies.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
