BDM is supposed to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities,maintaining client relationships and pitching agency services to the prospective clients and will be carrying the below mentioned key responsibilities....
1-Lead Generation & Prospecting-Proactively identifying the new business opportunities and
target clients through research, networking and outreach.
2-Pitching & Proposal development-Create & deliver persuasive presentations, proposals and pitch clients on phone, mail and personal visits.
3-Relationship Management-Build and maintain long term profitable relationships with prospective and existing clients.
4-Market Research-Analysing market trends, identify emerging opportunities and study competitor activities to be ahead of the competition.
5-Negotiation and closing-Leading contract negotaitions, win the deal with strong negotaion and closing skills and achieve the sales targets.
6-Collaboration-Working with creative and operations teams to give the best proposals and after sales services for the execution of the successful campaigns as per the client's project requirements and expectations.
7-CRM management-Track all leads, sales metrics in available sales software and management platforms.
Required Qualification & Skills:
1- Experience-2-5 years of sales or BD ideally in any media agency or ooh company.
2-Skills-Exellent verbal and written communication skills, microsoft office skilled with proven track record of sales skills of strong negotiation and Customer relationship and closing skills.
3-Knowledge-Deep understanding of Media products & services, market trends and clients
requirements and expectations
4-Education-Min. bachelor's degree .
5-Performance parameters-will be measured by revenue targets achievement, contracts signed and prospects in sales pipeline.
Pay: ₹13,909.28 - ₹58,014.26 per month
