About the role
We are a lighting store handling retail sales and on-site installations across multiple project sites. We're looking for a hands-on Store Operations Executive to run the day-to-day operations of the store and coordinate everything from quotation to final installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily running of the store and oversee operations across all active sites
- Prepare customer quotations and estimates
- Generate bills and invoices
- Track and manage stock/inventory levels
- Coordinate delivery of lights and fixtures to project sites
- Arrange transport (booking cabs/Uber) to deliver products from the office to customers' home addresses
- Act as the main point of contact for on-site issues and resolve them promptly
- Supervise and ensure all lighting installations are completed smoothly and to standard
- Point of contact between customers, delivery partners, and installation staff/electricians
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
