Job Summary
The Junior External Compliance Officer will support the Compliance Department in managing regulatory, documentation, and external coordination activities. This role requires frequent intercity and interstate travel to represent the organization before various authorities, facilitate compliance-related processes, and ensure timely completion of regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive travel and interacting with government departments, banking institutions, tourism authorities, regulatory bodies, auditors, legal consultants, and other external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesExternal Coordination & Regulatory Liaison
- Coordinate with government authorities, tourism departments, banking institutions, regulatory bodies, auditors, legal consultants, and business partners.
- Represent the organization during meetings, inspections, document submissions, and regulatory interactions.
- Prepare and submit compliance-related applications, declarations, reports, and responses.
- Follow up on approvals, registrations, licenses, permits, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with external agencies and authorities.
Travel & Field Operations
- Undertake regular intercity and interstate travel for compliance, documentation, verification, and liaison activities.
- Visit government offices, banks, regulatory authorities, and operational locations as required.
- Coordinate on-site inspections, meetings, audits, and compliance-related assignments.
- Ensure timely completion of field tasks and reporting requirements.
- Travel expenses incurred for official duties will be reimbursed by the company as per company policy.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain compliance records, licenses, registrations, permits, and statutory documents.
- Prepare periodic compliance reports and maintain documentation trackers.
- Maintain records of communications with authorities and external stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting and updating compliance procedures and documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
