Experience: 3–8 years in HVAC/Cleanroom execution, preferably in pharma or clean industries
Education: B. Tech/B.E. – Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Job Summary: We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site Execution Engineer to manage and oversee the execution of HVAC and Cleanroom projects within pharmaceutical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor day-to-day site activities for HVAC and cleanroom installations. Ensure adherence to design, technical specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and QA/QC teams for smooth project execution. Supervise installation of AHUs, ducting, chillers, cleanroom panels, laminar air flow units, and other related equipment.
Verify material quality and availability on-site; ensure correct storage and handling. Maintain and manage site documentation such as daily progress reports, quality checklists, and material records.
Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery. Handle inspections, testing & commissioning (T&C), validation protocols (IQ/OQ), and handover processes.
Ensure compliance with GMP norms and regulatory requirements. Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to the management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and cleanroom protocols.
- Understanding of pharma project execution, validation, and documentation.
- Familiarity with industry standards: GMP, ISO 14644, ASHRAE, etc. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities. Basic understanding of AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
- Prior experience in HVAC/Cleanroom projects in pharmaceutical or biotech facilities.
- Certification in HVAC or cleanroom systems (optional but beneficial).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site compliance procedures.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
