Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and analytical PPT Specialist to create impactful presentations and dashboards for senior management reviews. The ideal candidate should be skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, data visualization, and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews.
- Analyze data and derive meaningful insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Design charts, graphs, dashboards, and infographics to effectively communicate information.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality presentations.
- Utilize AI tools for presentation creation and productivity (preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong PowerPoint presentation and design skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (Charts, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Data Analysis).
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling visual stories from data.
Preferred
- Experience creating management review or business presentations.
- Knowledge of AI-powered presentation tools.
- Immediate availability or short notice period.
