We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, operations, or technical teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple clients/projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
