At India Market Entry (IME), we help leading global education organizations successfully establish and expand their presence across India's education ecosystem.
We work closely with EdTech companies, international schools, universities, educational publishers, and learning solution providers to build sustainable growth strategies and long-term partnerships.
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Inside Sales Manager (Institutional Inbound) to join our growing team.
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month + performance-linked incentives + statutory benefits
What you'll do
✔ Manage institutional enquiries generated through Google Ads, Meta campaigns, webinars, websites, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and referral programmes.
✔ Qualify opportunities and understand institutional requirements, purchasing timelines, and decision-making processes.
✔ Engage with schools, colleges, universities, government bodies, distributors, retailers, and teachers.
✔ Identify and connect with principals, academic heads, trustees, school directors, and procurement teams.
✔ Schedule meetings and maintain complete CRM records.
✔ Drive lead-to-meeting conversions through disciplined follow-up and pipeline management.
What we're looking for
✅ Two to five years of experience in B2B, institutional, or EdTech sales.
✅ Experience selling educational technology products, educational content, LMS platforms, school ERP solutions, assessment products, or teacher training programmes.
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or LeadSquared.
✅ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
✅ A passion for building strong institutional relationships and delivering measurable results.
Candidates with market exposure across Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad will have an added advantage.
