We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Officer Sales (FOS) to drive driver acquisition and onboarding. The candidate will be responsible for field operations, driver registration, BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to identify and onboard new drivers.
- Register drivers on the platform and assist them through the onboarding process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly driver acquisition targets.
- Execute BTL marketing activities such as pamphlet distribution, canopy activations, local events, society visits, and market outreach.
- Build relationships with driver communities, unions, taxi stands, and local influencers.
- Explain platform benefits, incentive programs, and registration requirements to prospective drivers.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, registrations, and lead conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth document verification and activation.
- Share regular market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback with the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional conduct during field operations
Pay: ₹21,000.00 per month
