About the role: To be able to drive B2B demand generation, brand positioning, and lead pipelines across
technical products like data centres, cloud solutions, and enterprise networks. Bridge complex technical
concepts with commercial value, managing digital campaigns, analyst relations, and sales enablement
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, execute, measure, and continuously optimize the marketing plans in IT
Infrastructure and Cyber Security for the company.
- Become the ‘go-to’ person for marketing, and act as the advocate/evangelist for our marketing
strategy across all businesses
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals in IT Infrastructure and
Cybersecurity solutions.
- Demonstrates confident, impactful communication and thrives in customer-facing settings.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Create and manage engaging campaigns across social media platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
Twitter and Instagram).
- Leverage tools such as Lusha (or similar platforms) to drive targeted lead generation and
strategic prospecting, ensuring a consistent and high-quality pipeline of potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, supporting
demand generation initiatives and contributing to sustained pipeline growth and conversion.
- Design and develop impactful marketing collateral—including presentations, brochures, digital
assets, and campaigns—using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to ensure brand consistency
and visual appeal.
- Lead and infuse creativity into marketing campaigns by conceptualizing innovative ideas and
executing engaging initiatives that enhance brand visibility, strengthen positioning, and drive meaningful
customer engagement.
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools to
maximize online presence.
- Use data and strategic account insight to establish, forecast and report against key success
metrics, as well as drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Required Skills & Competencies
- 3-4 years best-in-class field marketing and/or marketing program management experience
within an IT Infrastructure / Cybersecurity space, high tech or fast-paced B2B, marketing environment,
preferably with an understanding of security and its role in the future of technology
- A strong influencer, relationship builder, and collaborator with the ability to engage senior
stakeholders and communicate with confidence and authority.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in social media marketing tools and platforms, familiarity with lead generation tools
(e.g., Lusha), basic design skills using Adobe / Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing practices.
- A results-driven, “do whatever it takes” mindset, with a proven ability to both shape strategy
and execute consistently at a high level.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in IT or technology-driven industries.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
