About the Role
As a senior Revenue Manager, you will be directly responsible for maximizing the financial performance, profitability, and value proposition for our hospitality property owners. You will dive deep into booking costs, craft advanced promotional and policy-based algorithms, and constantly monitor online channels to ensure our owners achieve the absolute maximum net take-home revenue. As a senior resource, you will also play a key role in shaping internal processes, mentoring junior team members, and driving high-level portfolio strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Portfolio Profit Optimization
Analyze and optimize the overall business performance of managed properties to generate higher net profit for owners.
Deeply evaluate the operational and channel costs associated with every booking to protect and enhance owner margins.
Design, implement, and refine pricing logic, tailored promotions, dynamic cancellation policies, and unique packaging offers to ensure maximum net take-home revenue for owners.
2. OTA Performance & Revenue Generation
Continuously monitor and identify untapped market segments, distribution channels, and operational areas from which additional revenue can be generated.
Keep a strict eye on the performance metrics of key Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) including Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and others to ensure optimum visibility, conversion rates, and content scores.
Ensure consistent rate parity and distribution control across all channels while executing tactical promotions to drive direct or higher-margin bookings.
3. Owner Relations & Performance Communication
Prepare and deliver clear, well-structured, and impactful performance reviews for property owners twice a month. These will highlight Areas of Improvement, the Impact of BFIS Optimization, Market Trends vs. Property Performance, and Year-over-Year (YOY) analysis.
Act as a trusted senior advisor to owners, successfully translating complex revenue management decisions into clear business outcomes.
4. Leadership & Process Improvement
Take an active role in training, mentoring, and upskilling new and junior revenue management team members.
Evaluate current revenue management processes and proactively suggest strategic workflows, tools, and updates to improve scale, speed, and accuracy.
Partner with onboarding, product, and website development teams to ensure new assets are seamlessly optimized for revenue generation upon launch.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Analytical Rigor: Exceptional ability to work with complex data sets, calculate operational cost structures, and formulate predictive revenue algorithms.
OTA Mastery: Complete administrative and operational mastery of major OTA extranets (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.) and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Communication Style: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the poise required to present directly to business owners and brand executives.
Self-Starter: Highly self-motivated, capable of driving results autonomously in a 100% remote working environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
