- Billing : Handling payments, and assisting patients with billing questions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all sensitive health data is handled in strict compliance with privacy regulations (such as HIPAA in the US) to maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Facility Coordination: Liaising between doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments to streamline operations, manage wait times, and handle office supply inventory.
