- Supervise daily quality inspection activities on shop floor.
- Ensure incoming, in-process, and final inspections are conducted properly.
- Monitor product quality for motors, pumps, controllers, and related components.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to reduce rejection and rework.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and inspection documents.
- Handle customer complaints and support root cause analysis.
- Ensure proper use of measuring instruments and gauges.
- Conduct line audits and process audits regularly.
- Train operators and inspectors on quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor rejection trends and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company SOPs.
- Support continuous improvement activities for process and product quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
