Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Lead proposal planning, preparation, RFP/RFI responses, and bid management across geographies, including quality checks and alignment with customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, contract negotiations, and stakeholder mapping to maximize profitability and identify market opportunities.

Oversee accounts receivable (monitor balances, resolve disputes, create reports) and accounts payable (process invoices, manage vendor payments, ensure compliance).

Drive deal reviews, competition analysis, value propositions, account planning, MIS/forecasting reports, and cash flow consolidation with regular sales follow-ups.

Manage a team of commercial executives, collaborate with finance/legal for agreements, and prepare case studies/testimonials.
Key Skills:

Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for financial modeling and MIS.

Proficiency in accounts receivable/payable processes, financial reconciliation, and risk management.

Retail domain knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership to mentor teams.

Experience:
-
PG/MBA in Finance or related field.

15 years of experience, with 4+ years in managerial roles in retail/SaaS domain.

Advanced Excel skills (analysis, macros, reporting), strong analytical and communication abilities, and ability to handle multiple deadlines confidentially.
