ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to take ownership of end-to-end ERP implementation and optimization, with a strong focus on ERPNext and the Frappe framework. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and technology. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and HR teams to translate real business needs into scalable ERP solutions. The role is hands-on and requires technical depth in Python, SQL, and BigQuery, along with a solid understanding of ERP processes.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Own the end-to-end ERPNext implementation, customization and enhancement across business functions
- Act as the single point of ownership for ERP-related processes and system decisions
- Gather and document requirements from Finance, Ops, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and HR teams
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical ERPNext solutions
- Configure ERPNext modules to align with actual business workflows (not theoretical processes)
- Develop and review Python scripts for Data migration, Automation, Validation and reconciliation
- Write and optimize SQL queries and work with BigQuery for reporting, analysis, and data validation
- Manage and monitor integrations between ERPNext and systems such as WMS, Payment gateways, and Other internal or third-party tools
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and implementation partners; review and validate their output
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization
- Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve ERP-driven processes
WHO YOU ARE
- 2–4 years of experience in an ERP Techno-Functional / ERP Analyst / ERP Consultant role
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ERPNext
- Mandatory experience working with the Frappe framework
- Prior experience in at least one end-to-end ERP implementation
- Strong understanding of core business processes: Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory & Order Management
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BigQuery
- Experience with data migration, system integrations, and reporting
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business users
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment with high ownership
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
