Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Labour Field Officer to manage workforce operations, employee attendance, client coordination, and field activities. The candidate will act as a link between workers, clients, and the company to ensure smooth manpower deployment and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and mobilize skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers as per client requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and workforce performance.
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and operational issues.
- Resolve workers' grievances and provide on-site support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Assist employees with PF, ESIC, bonus, and other statutory benefits.
- Conduct regular site visits and maintain workforce records.
- Submit daily and weekly reports to management.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and productivity at client locations.
Requirements
- Graduate or 12th Pass (preferred).
- Experience in manpower supply, staffing, logistics, warehouse, or labour management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel to client locations and work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, attendance management, and labour compliance.
