We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Information Technology (IT) Expert to oversee, maintain, and optimize our company’s technological infrastructure. In this role, you will be the backbone of our IT operations—responsible for managing networks, ensuring robust cybersecurity, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing new software and hardware solutions to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Design, install, and maintain the organization’s networks (LAN/WAN), servers, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunication systems.
- System Security: Implement and monitor strict cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, data encryption, and regular security audits to protect sensitive company data.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing advanced hardware, software, and network support to all team members.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Manage routine data backups and design effective disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Procure IT hardware, software licenses, and peripherals. Maintain an updated inventory of all tech assets and manage relationships with external IT vendors.
- Policy Compliance: Establish and enforce IT policies, data governance guidelines, and best practices for password hygiene and remote work security across the company.
Technical Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Experience: [Insert number, e.g., 5-7] years of proven experience in IT systems administration, network engineering, or an IT lead role.
- Networking & Systems: Deep knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), router/switch configurations, and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, macOS).
- Cloud & Virtualization: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization software (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Preferred Certifications: Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+/Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or CISSP will be highly prioritized.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
