Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage appointments.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient follow-ups.
- Maintain patient records and billing.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure a professional and friendly patient experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
- Prior experience in a dental clinic is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
