Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily quality control activities on the production floor.
- Ensure all food packaging products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor product quality during production and identify defects or non-conformities.
- Coordinate with the Production and Coating teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality inspection reports and records.
- Conduct line inspections and ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train production operators on quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Monitor rejection, wastage, and quality trends to improve overall product quality.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure all measuring instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control within the food packaging manufacturing industry.
- Only candidates with experience in the Quality Control Department of the food packaging manufacturing industry will be considered.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
- Good understanding of GMP, hygiene, and food packaging quality standards.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ability to read and maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting).

- Product quality compliance.
- Rejection and customer complaint reduction.
- Accuracy of quality inspection reports.
- Timely resolution of quality issues.
- Compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
- Audit readiness and documentation accuracy.
Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
