Job Summary
The Brand Manager will shape and elevate the public identity of Midas Wellness Hub. You will design end-to-end marketing strategies that connect with health-conscious consumers, drive center foot traffic, and expand our digital footprint. Your goal is to position Midas as the premier destination for holistic health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Identity: Define and protect the unique brand voice and visual asset consistency for Midas.
* Campaigns: Launch creative wellness campaigns across digital, print, and in-hub channels.
* Content: Oversee social media, email newsletters, and educational wellness content production.
* Growth: Analyze client demographics and market trends to increase service bookings and retention.
* Partnerships: Build relationships with wellness influencers, local businesses, and health advocates.
* Events: Organize experiential community workshops, wellness retreats, and promotional hub launches.
Qualifications
* Experience: 3+ years managing brands, ideally within the wellness, hospitality, fitness, or healthcare sectors.
* Mindset: Passionate about holistic living, mental health, and preventative wellness.
* Skills: Proficient in digital marketing, storytelling, community building, and campaign analytics.
* Execution: Strong project manager capable of moving fluidly between strategy and execution.
Pay: ₹25,267.32 - ₹66,281.56 per month
