About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing engaging learning solutions, developing storyboards, and creating interactive e-learning content. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and learning materials.
- Create detailed storyboards based on learning objectives and scripts.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), content developers, and stakeholders.
- Develop interactive learning content using authoring tools.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Review and revise content based on feedback and quality standards.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role.
- Experience in storyboard development for e-learning courses.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing soft skills or corporate training programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Office.
