Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our retail showroom team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, experience in handling walk-in customers, and the ability to deliver an excellent in-store shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate sales and achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain product features clearly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups effectively.
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product displays.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams for smooth operations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
- Prepare daily sales reports and customer feedback updates.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with good convincing ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing/POS handling skills preferred.
- Positive attitude, grooming, and professional appearance.
