Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Travel Desk Executive to manage our end-to-end corporate and exhibition travel bookings. You will handle multi-client requirements for domestic and international flights, hotel accommodations, and online bookings.
The ideal candidate must come from a similar industry background and possess extensive hands-on experience using major online travel booking engines and GDS tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Flight & Hotel Bookings: Manage and execute high-volume online flight and hotel bookings accurately through corporate booking portals.
- Client Coordination: Handle multiple client requests simultaneously, ensure quick turnaround times, and maintain excellent follow-ups.
- Operations & Logistics: Work efficiently under pressure during peak exhibition seasons. Be willing to extend working hours when urgent client booking demands arise.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations within the corporate travel or travel agency industry.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in booking flights and hotels using tools/platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, Akbar, Riya, MMT, Tripjack, TBO, or similar B2B travel portals.
- Skills: Strong multi-tasking abilities, sharp attention to detail (to avoid booking errors), and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and vendors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
