We are looking for a friendly and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle visitor/client interactions, and support daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and students
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and maintain call logs
- Manage front desk activities and maintain records
- Handle registrations, appointments, and walk-in leads
- Provide basic information about services/courses/products
- Coordinate with internal departments (Counseling, Sales, Admin)
- Manage email replies and documentation
- Maintain cleanliness & presentation of front desk area
- Handle filing, billing support, invoicing assistance (if required
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Computer knowledge: MS Office, WhatsApp, Email
- Smart, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
- Freshers can apply / Experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
