Responsibilities Of Candidates Include:
* Onboard New Leads/Customers And Educate Them About The Product/Service.
* Analyzing Of Customer and Registering In The App.
* Follow-Up With Customers To Maintain Relationships And Encourage Repeat Business And Referrals.
* Will Have To Work With Senior Officials To Know The Targets And Follow Up With The Team Members.
* Foster strong relationships with customers to secure consistent loads.
* Collaborate with internal teams and transporters to secure loads.
* Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and follow up with team members.
* Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
NOTE : Hindi is compulsory
Salary Details :-
NO FIXED SALARY
You will work on an incentive basis. You will receive 10,000 upon your first onboarding,later 3,000 per onboarding
The Incentives will be as follows :
Placing vehicle types per order -3000/-
(Performance based incentive is an advantage)
