Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and provide excellent support through calls, emails, chats, and other communication channels. The candidate should have good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given timeline.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Record customer interactions and maintain proper follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support/customer service preferred.
Salary
- As per company standards and candidate experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Prepare reports related to customer feedback and support activities.
Pay: ₹10,460.50 - ₹20,000.00 per month
