- Create CNC programs for Laser Cutting, Turret Punching, and Press Brake machines.
- Prepare optimized nesting layouts to minimize material wastage.
- Interpret engineering drawings, 2D/3D models, and customer specifications.
- Generate NC programs using CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SigmaNEST, Lantek, BySoft, or similar).
- Coordinate with the production, design, and quality teams for smooth manufacturing.
- Optimize cutting paths and machine parameters to improve productivity.
- Verify program accuracy before production and resolve programming issues.
- Maintain program revisions and technical documentation.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle time.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
