Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing dealer and retail networks, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets for our range of mobile phones, laptops, computers, and accessories.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and expand the dealer, distributor, and retail partner network.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to drive business growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and action plans while ensuring timely collections and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mobile and laptop sales
- Graduation in any discipline (preferred)
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
Compensation will be offered as per company standards and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
