The Regional RCU Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the Regional Credit Union (RCU). The manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve member satisfaction and financial performance.
Risk Management:
- Monitor and analyze loan portfolio risk, identifying potential areas of vulnerability.
- Conduct regular audits of branches and vendors to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of RCU MIS and Hunter MIS.
- Manage RCU agencies and ensure compliance with fraud reports.
