*Key Responsibilities*
- Advise students on study-abroad options, top universities, courses, and country requirements.
- Handle student queries with clarity, confidence, and zero fluff.
- Assist with application processes, documentation, and basic admissions guidance.
- Maintain follow-up records, convert leads, and ensure students don’t ghost their own dreams.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver the smoothest onboarding experience possible.
*Requirements*
- Bachelor’s degree or *(mandatory)*.
- Minimum *1 year experience* in study-abroad counselling or a closely related field (we love people who already know the game).
- Strong communication skills — clear, convincing, and student-friendly.
- Ability to multitask without melting.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn fast.
