Mathematics Teacher – Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to Class 11th and 12th students with a focus on JEE Main, JEE Advanced, MHT-CET, and Board examinations.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with the prescribed syllabus and competitive examination requirements.
- Cover the syllabus systematically within the planned academic schedule and ensure timely completion of all topics.
- Teach concepts from basic to advanced levels, catering to students with different learning abilities.
- Provide extensive practice through DPPs, assignments, worksheets, PYQs, numerical problems, and exam-oriented question sets.
- Conduct regular class tests, chapter-wise tests, cumulative tests, and full-length mock examinations.
- Analyse students' performance and provide individual feedback, improvement strategies, and academic mentoring.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving and revision sessions to strengthen students' understanding.
- Train students in speed, accuracy, time management, shortcut techniques, and effective question-selection strategies, particularly for MHT-CET.
- Prepare students for JEE-level conceptual and application-based problems while maintaining strong Board and MHT-CET preparation.
- Track individual student progress and identify weak areas, learning gaps, and high-performing students.
- Prepare and update study material, notes, question banks, test papers, and revision resources.
- Stay updated with changes in JEE and MHT-CET syllabi, examination patterns, and trends.
- Motivate and mentor students to maintain discipline, consistency, and a regular self-study routine.
- Coordinate with the Academic Head and other faculty members for integrated academic planning.
- Communicate students' academic progress and areas of improvement to the Academic Team and, when required, parents.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and result-oriented classroom environment.
- Contribute to achieving excellent academic outcomes, JEE/MHT-CET scores, and Board examination results.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
