An interior quantity surveyor manages project costs, material estimates, and contracts specifically for interior fit-out and finishing works.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Planning & Estimation: Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and interior drawings and estimate material, labor, and finishing costs.
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Prepare accurate BOQs and tender documents based on interior specifications.
- Contract Administration: Review tender documents, identify scope gaps between drawings and contracts, and support vendor evaluations.
- Cost Control & Billing: Measure completed work and validate bills as per BOQ, preparing interim and final payment certificates.
- Variation Management: Assess and manage variations, additional item claims, and track actual versus estimated expenses throughout the lifecycle of the interior project.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
