Role Overview
Apollo Plastic Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Manager to oversee our daily billing, procurement documentation, and inventory tracking operations. In this role, you will be the primary handler of our TranZact ERP system for sales and purchase entries, while working collaboratively with the administrative team to maintain accurate stock and vendor records across both API and PPI.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Invoicing: Generate, verify, and process accurate Sales Invoices using the TranZact ERP platform to ensure timely billing to clients.
- Purchase Accounting: Manage the data entry of all material Purchase Invoices into TranZact, ensuring that all records match physical receipts and agreed-upon pricing.
- Procurement Processing: Draft, approve, and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for locally sourced materials, ensuring smooth communication with local vendors and suppliers.
- Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain sheets for both Apollo Plastic Industries (API) and PPI to ensure all tracking is up to date.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate directly with the Office Executive in a joint capacity to maintain comprehensive stock statements for API and PPI. This includes tracking raw materials, finished goods, and accessories to ensure inventory levels are perfectly aligned with financial records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in an accounting, billing, or inventory management role, preferably within the manufacturing or plastics industry.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with ERP software. Prior experience with TranZact is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for maintaining sheets and stock statements.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong understanding of invoicing, purchase orders, and basic supply chain accounting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player (especially for joint inventory tracking).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
