- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings/blueprints and operating Wire EDM
- Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate CNC EDM machines to shape hardened steel or graphite electrodes for molds.
- Precision Machining: Create complex, high-tolerance components such as sliders, cores, cavities, and inserts.
