- Financial Reporting & Closures: Manage and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes while preparing accurate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior accountants and accounting clerks to build a high-performing finance department.
- Audit & Compliance: Coordinate external and internal audits, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure all financial practices comply with applicable standards
- Internal Controls & Systems: Establish and maintain internal safeguards for revenue recognition, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
