Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and result-oriented Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities for infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, material sourcing, purchase order processing, price negotiations, and ensuring timely availability of materials at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure materials required for HDD, OFC, HT UG/OH, Railway Crossing, NH Crossing, and Cable Laying projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and track order execution.
- Coordinate with project teams for material planning and requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and price comparisons.
- Coordinate with stores for inventory management and stock availability.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.
